If we are unable to confirm your ID, we will refuse your treatment on the day of your visit.

• If you do not make an appointment for treatment after completing the counseling, we will collect the deposit that was deposited at the time of your appointment as the counseling fee.
• If you wish to make a treatment appointment after the counseling, you will be asked to pay a portion of the treatment fee as a deposit in order to schedule the treatment date.

Please arrive well in advance so that you will be on time for your appointment.

If you are late and it affects the next customer's appointment, we may not be able to perform the treatment on the same day.

In order to accommodate as many customers as possible, our studio adjusts its schedule to accommodate reservations as closely as possible.
Sudden cancellations or schedule changes may cause inconvenience to other customers, so we ask that you do your best to refrain from canceling or rescheduling your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us in advance via LINE.

Please note that cancellations or schedule changes made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date will incur the following cancellation fees.

If you wish to change the design or size of your reservation,please contact us via LINE in advance.

We manage our schedule in detail so that we can provide smooth service to as many customers as possible, and we reserve a limited amount of time in advance depending on the design and size of your appointment.
Therefore, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment depending on the new design and size.
Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request without prior notice on the same day.

Please note that if you wish to change the design confirmed at the design counseling, you will be charged an additional fee as a design cancellation fee.

Our studio is committed to creating a bright and safe studio, where all staff members work together to improve techniques, maintain thorough hygiene, and create a comfortable environment.

For this reason, we do not allow minors (under 19 years old), people belonging to gangs or similar organizations, pregnant women, drug addicts, people infected with HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, heart disease, people with other health problems, people with a significant lack of common sense, and other people whom we deem inappropriate to enter our studio. Please note that we strictly prohibit the entry and treatment of people who are deemed inappropriate by our studio.

Currently, as part of our measures to prevent coronavirus infection, we temporarily do not allow visitors accompanied by their parents or guardians.

If you need to bring a companion due to special circumstances, please contact us in advance by LINE so that we can adjust your appointment to a date when you can bring a companion.

• We ask that your companion wear a mask during the treatment to prevent infection.
• Please be quiet in the studio.
• In the unlikely event that you disturb other customers or interfere with the counseling or treatment, we will ask you to leave the studio.
